Learning stays on your device

The app does not require an account. Language, sound preferences and completed activities are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your tracing, learning progress or recordings. The app does not record your voice, use your camera or request location access.

No advertising or tracking

Otto Letters contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK or cross-app tracking. Recorded narration is included in the download. ElevenLabs was used to produce that audio during development; the app does not send user information to ElevenLabs.

Purchases

Apple processes payments and purchases through the App Store. The app reads verified purchase entitlements using StoreKit to unlock access and restore purchases. We do not receive your card details. Apple processes purchase and diagnostic information under its own privacy policy and your device settings.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use it to answer your request. Do not include sensitive information about a child. This website uses Firebase Hosting, which may process technical request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. We do not add analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts.

Deletion and contact

Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to device backups controlled by you and Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence; information required for legal obligations may be retained.

Otto Letters nie wymaga konta. Postęp, język i ustawienia dźwięku są zapisane na urządzeniu. Nie zbieramy przebiegu nauki, nagrań głosu ani lokalizacji. Aplikacja nie zawiera reklam, zewnętrznej analityki ani śledzenia. Nagrania lektora są częścią aplikacji; dane użytkowników nie trafiają do ElevenLabs.

Płatności obsługuje Apple. StoreKit sprawdza uprawnienia do zakupów; nie otrzymujemy danych karty. Wiadomość wysłana do pomocy zawiera dane podane przez nadawcę i służy udzieleniu odpowiedzi. Stronę utrzymuje Firebase Hosting, który może przetwarzać techniczne dane żądań dla obsługi i bezpieczeństwa.
